  • Windows and exterior doors installed

  • Roofing and exterior wrap

✔️ This is when your home starts to feel real and walkable.

Phase 3: Systems & Energy Efficiency

Behind the walls, we install the systems that make your home comfortable, efficient, and durable.

  • Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC installation

  • Insulation and energy-efficient materials

  • Required inspections

✔️ Focused on long-term comfort, efficiency, and reliability.

Phase 4: Interior & Exterior Finishes

  • Client walkthrough and punch list

  • Closing and keys delivered

✔️ A finished home, ready for day one.

While every project follows a proven construction process, timelines vary slightly between custom homes, spec homes, and additions based on when decisions are made.

Custom homes typically have a longer upfront phase, allowing time for design, planning, and the excitement of selecting finishes and materials that truly reflect your style — turning the house into your home.

Spec homes move more quickly, as plans and many selections are completed in advance, though depending on timing, there may still be opportunities to personalize certain finishes.

Additions often have the most flexible timelines, as they are carefully coordinated around existing structures, permitting, and daily living considerations.

No matter the project type, we guide you through each step, making the process clear, collaborative, and rewarding from start to finish.
